Adobe Acrobat copies of all previously published articles can be purchased for $7.50 each, $25.00 for a "pdf" of a complete issue, $30 for a mailed copy of a published issue, $100 for mailed copies of an entire volume (year) for 2004 to present, or $60 for mailed copies of an entire volume (year) for years prior to 2004. Copies of purchased articles will be forwarded to you by email in a "pdf" format shortly after order is entered - allow up to four hours. Hard copies will be mailed by USPS.
